The Battle is on!

I had been living a sedentary life for longer than I wanted. The red alert came when I couldn’t even tie my shoes because of my huge belly. I was snoring like a wounded lion and couldn’t breathe after using the stairs.

So, what was the plan? Perseverance, discipline, and self-love.

I changed my diet and slowly got back into exercise: from 5km walks around the neighborhood to now doing an average of 8km, plus playing flag football, beach volleyball, and basketball.

The most recent addition to the formula? Ancient Japanese exercises I learned during my karate years.

The result? It’s not about reaching a goal—it's about building a new attitude towards life, and especially, towards myself.

If you’re reading this: I know it’s not easy. But it’s absolutely worth it.
